T’was the night before Christmas and all through Megillian farm,
The barn thermostat reads 65, how unseasonably warm!
There are new faces this year that fill all the stalls,
snapshots of their successes hang proudly on the lounge walls.
The jumps are put away, no more challenging equitation course in the ring,
The new horses don’t jump fences, dressage is their thing!
We welcomed Caitlyn Farm to share in the magic at Megillian,
In the blink of an eye the horses and their lovey ladies were settled in.
While 2025 has brought its fair share of bumps in the road,
trusting in the process is the Megillian mantra we continue to uphold.
To my best Gussy, you are a gift that keeps magically giving,
At a young 26, you’ve been my whole heart since the very beginning.
To my Baby Billy, you’ve grown into a stunning young hunter,
You’ve captured Maddy’s heart with your elegance and wonder.
To my Megillian graduates, in my heart each of you holds space,
You have all grown into young adults with such beauty and grace.
As this year comes to a close, I choose to remember how we’ve grown,
I welcome 2026, all that is on the horizon, new adventures to be shown.
With warm, hopeful hearts and this thought in mind,
I encourage my friends near and far to live everyday being unapologetically kind.
As we lay to sleep tonight, unspoken dreams within sight,
Happy Christmas to all and to all a good night!

The stars have certainly aligned for this celestial boy for a second time. This kind soul found his way to me when I needed him most and now he’s found his way to Maddy. I’d always wondered if Billy’s sweetness could be matched…Well, it most certainly has been and in human form, and lucky for him it’s HIS new human. No one can put a bow on this story better than Maddy Mullins. Maddy, I am so happy to share this especially sweet and special boy with you. I always will be your number one cheerleader, but you no doubt have a supportive and wonderful team surrounding you at Willowbrook. Congratulations on your partnership with Billy, AKA Baby Billy/SirWilliam.
