-SHOULDERS-
A great way to finish your shoulder workout. Lateral raises into front hammer raises. 8-10 reps on each!
My boy always introduces me to fire workouts. 💪🏽

-DELTS/BACK-
I used a straight bar and resistance band for this.
The first workout is for rear Delts and the second is for back.
Very important to hold during the rows to really feel your back working.
3x20 on both of these workouts 💪🏾
