Today I am sharing my 5 tips to fueling your body.

In life, we have high demands on our bodies and it's important to fuel our bodies properly with good nutrition!

Here are 5 quick tips!

1. Drink water and lots of it!
- It is recommended to drink half your body weight in ounces daily!
- Try drinking a big glass of water when you first wake up in the morning.

2. Eat protein!
- Supports your body with muscle growth and recovery.
- Supports you in managing your blood sugar.

3. Eat your greens!
- Whether you love to eat veggies or not, try to get them in however you can.
- A great way to hide the greens is in a smoothie with some fruit.

4. Healthy Fats!
- Incorporating healthy fats like butter, avocado, avocado oil, olive oil, coconut oil into
our your healthy lifestyle.
- Supports you in leaning down, improved brain health, and more!

5. Probiotics
- Supports you by adding healthy bacteria into your body.
- Supports your gut heatlh.

BONUS: Eat organic as much as possible!

When changing anything in life, it is important to do one thing at a time.

Look through the list and pick one thing to focus on.

Once you have mastered that, then move on to the next one.
