BEFORE YOU FILE AN INSURANCE CLAIM…call a specialist contractor that can forensically assess your roof. We are few and far between, but we do exist!

😱 most contractors don’t know how to check for this, much less document it, and

😱 99% of insurance adjusters aren’t going to spend the time to sniff this damage out!

📸 assess/document the damage ( news flash, 3 pics doesn’t cut it)

🔨 see if the damage is even repairable (many old roofs aren’t repairable for one reason or another)

……then they are surprised when the insurance doesn’t buy their roof or WORSE gives them a “4 shingle repair” on a roof that is repairable.

BOTTOM LINE: never jump into an insurance claim without having a specialist like a TOP RUUF inspector with you on the front end to make sure your claim has a viable chance of succeeding.
