One of the most special things about One Eighty is that we’re a peer-led organization. Nearly 90% of our staff have graduated our program or are on track to graduate.

We are so grateful for the incredible people God continues to bring through our doors—people who are willing to put in the hard work to change their lives. And we’re even more grateful when they choose to stay, use their gifts, and help others find the same hope and healing they did.

We have over 100 alumni coming back for our Alumni Reunion, along with NINE residents who will be sharing their testimonies as they graduate from our recovery program... It’s going to be an incredible evening celebrating all that God is doing through One Eighty.

Boundaries are one of the most valuable things we can learn to build in life.

This week, our staff took part in a fun activity using a simple rope analogy to demonstrate the importance of healthy boundaries. While it brought plenty of laughs, it also reinforced an important truth: we aren’t meant to carry everything or everyone.

At One Eighty, teaching healthy boundaries is an important part of the recovery journey—not only for our residents, but for our staff as well. Healthy boundaries help us love others well, avoid burnout, take responsibility for what is ours, and let others take responsibility for what is theirs!
