Today marks 2 years of working with Tracy Cline! Couldn’t do it without her and my family! I have had my ups and downs this year, but Tracy has always been there to help keep me/get me back on track with my fitness journey, while still reminding me to give myself some grace when I needed it!
In the last two years I’ve learned not only the physical benefits of nutrition and weights but the importance of taking time for yourself to do what you enjoy so you can be a better version of you. Surround yourself with those who uplift you and yet positively challenge you! Looking forward to what next year brings!
