During the ICF Coast‑to‑Coast pro‑bono challenge, I had the chance to sit with three individuals at very different stages of life and career. Yet each one showed up with a willingness to explore what’s possible.

That’s the magic.

All three left with a plan.
I left reminded that when we create space for others, we grow too.

Coaching is a partnership — and these conversations were a gift.

Employees rarely say:
