Some of my favorite moments happen before the cameras start rolling.
Sitting in the studio, preparing for each conversation, I'm reminded why I created Not Like Me in the first place.
Every episode is an opportunity to connect with someone whose experiences, perspectives, or challenges may be different from my own and discover what we can learn from one another.
The truth is, leadership begins with curiosity. When we're willing to listen, understand, and connect across our differences, we create stronger teams, stronger cultures, and stronger relationships.
Thank you for joining me on this journey. I can't wait to continue these conversations with you on Not Like Me! 🎙️
A mental health crisis support plan starts long before a crisis happens.
Leaders need training to recognize the signs of mental health challenges and neurodiversity, create environments with fewer triggers, and know how to respond when support is needed.
Awareness is important. Preparation is essential.
If someone on your team needed help today, would your organization be ready to respond?
Shout out to Sarah "Scho" McFarland, of Scho Behavior Academy and Dr. Alicia Hodge for joining me on Not Like Me! 🎙️
