To truly seek
we must stop hiding from ourselves first and foremost.
I ❤️ this mural, it speaks to me in many ways!
1st off, it brings me peace and a deep calling to go within&discover that which I’ve allowed myself to evade both terrifying&tremendously empowering.
That deep 🌊 within me that awaits the courage within me to awaken my depths of possibilities and see how I can bring wonder to this world.
It also reminds me of this digital world. How we can look away from ourselves and others because we have somehow captured life in a digital box we carry in our hands that holds us safely apart yet we can peek at one another 24/7 &feel like we somehow belong.
I think this is a blessing & a curse and it’s up to us to choose which it is for us personally.
Is it an addiction or is it a bridge to build the new we so desperately need? Perhaps, it’s a fine line….
How much are we living in our daily?
And which aspect of time are we choosing to see everyone/thing through? Past?👀
Present?🎁 Future?🔭
How can we fashion our focus to serve all three in a balanced way so we can take the knowledge of the past into the richness of this present moment while also cultivating the actions needed to greet the future we seek not just in terms of💰💰gain but also the wisdom to build our lives with all the things that make getting to the future both possible and truly most desirable aka the balance within mind, body and spirit that helps us craft things far beyond what the mere desire to look good on paper can truly and honestly offer anyone.
It’s in the multifaceted aspects of life, time, self&connection that we both get lost and found and it’s up to us to create this balance &the only way to create this balance is in truth.

Home❤️

As I pull out all the magical rocks and shells form my last day at the 🌊beach☀️ I find them fitting together beautifully.

It’s just like life really,
one step at a time,
one piece at a time ….
and the puzzle comes together to bring us something unexpected and beautiful or sometimes not so beautiful but instead a wealth of knowledge and wisdom that teaches us to learn to shape things in beautiful ways.

That deep ocean of TRUST…🌊❤️🌊

That everything is exactly as it is meant to be.

It can be tough to return from such an epic high but it would be wrong to think we can live there forever.

It’s the ebbs and flows that creates the masterpiece that is this life.

Im taking some deep down time to reflect on how my journey has changed me, opened me and helped me to close doors on ideas that do not heal me and reflecting with a learning eye and open heart on how to take these lessons of ebb and flow forward with me.

Sometime it’s in the stillness…
that is all comes in… ✨❤️✨

That ocean that lives inside us is always home within us and we surely can always find it if we seek it openly and honestly and ride it waves and feel it’s breeze that says…
it’s alright….
it’s even more than aright…
