Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old
Must own a truck
Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Must be able to lift and carry over 50 pounds
Must be able to work independently and with limited direct supervision
Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and management
Must have mechanical aptitude
Provide outstanding customer service
Perform weekly pool cleaning and basic maintenance 30+ pools per week
Testing and administering properly balance pool water chemistry
Accurately record activities and communicate those with customers and management
Maintain clean and professional equipment and worksite
Able to work in year-round Texas weather
Friendly attitude and customer service mindset
Detail oriented and organized
Teachable- Willing to learn and grow
Able to swim
The compensation for this position is dependent on experience and interview. You can make up to $52,000 per year and there is always additional work available and plenty of room for growth within the organization.
