To tell you a little about myself, I have recently finished my student teaching in a third grade class at Roosevelt Elementary, a wonderful school in Norman Oklahoma. After completing that semester of student teaching I graduated from the Univweriy of Oklahoma in the Fall of 2013. I have also been fortunate enough to receive a job at Roosevelt Elementary teaching as a gifted and talented resource

I’m back! ☀️

I’ve always loved sharing content on this platform, but after having two kids, my priorities shifted as I focused on family life and finding a balance between work, motherhood, and time for myself.

As a little welcome-back gift, I wanted to share one of the Summer banners I made, completely free! This is a digital download that you can easily send to Walgreens for printing. With their coupon code, I was able to print mine for only $12, and it made our first day of summer feel even more special and fun.

I hope you love it as much as we did! Check out my story for the link!

The CUTEST little Santa hand! 🎅🏼
This was a super simple and cute craft to do with your kids!
2 cups flour
1 cup of salt
3/4 cup of warm water
Bake at 220 for 2.5 hours

After they cooled I painted them and used a sharpie to draw his eyes, nose, and mouth.

BACK TO SCHOOL STICKERS!💛
I made these stickers to give to my new students at meet the teacher. I wanted to build a classroom family and a sense of belonging as soon as I met them. My thought was if my students are riding the bus or walking to school they may see another student wearing the same sticker and it would start to ease worry or stress on the first day of school. When they walked through the doors admin and other helpers would know where to send them without any confusion. It was fun seeing my students walk in on the first day of school wearing these stickers. 😊

The stickers were super easy to make with the xyron sticker maker. This thing is amazing! It helped make these stickers as well as the labels for my classroom library. Comment STICKER for a link!

Life Update!✨

My class ratio is going down to 1-1. Next year I will be focusing on raising a tiny human. I feel very fortunate to have this opportunity and will miss the classroom greatly.

I’m so used to sharing my teacher life with everyone, and would hate to lose that. Going to be sharing my life as a new mom because let’s be honest the struggle is real. 😂
