Stopped Becky’s auction, helped her stay in the house for 3 extra months, tracked down lost heirs, paid off her past due mortgage balance, took over her mortgage payments AND gave her more cash than she asked for in her pocket. Closed yesterday, it was a good day!

Finished up our most recent flip today. Wasn’t much work needed here, lots of cleaning, a little paint and some new flooring, among a few other small things ran us $5k on the rehab. More pictures to follow.

Some trimming and some paint and this place already looks a million times better. Still a lot to do inside, but this house will be essentially BRAND NEW! Who will need a 3/2 to rent in Cleburne in 2 month?
