We know so many of you have already been enjoying Matcha Kokoro and that makes us extremely happy and grateful.

Our collaboration with was formed naturally and with meticulous attention to detail. We left no stone unturned searching for the perfect matcha to feature together. Like with anything - good things take time.

There were moments when we did not know if we were going to be able to pull it off! The conversation started a year ago as we battled tariffs, extreme shortages, delays and other challenges along the way.

Our goal was ambitious because the simple truth is, matcha that is Organic, authentic, our desired flavor profile, color, aroma plus availability for enough people to experience the magic is more scarce than ever.

Like with all of our matcha, Kokoro is “ceremonial” grade and per our definition can be enjoyed straight up. The fact that it also performs so elegantly as a latte makes it even more dynamic and exciting!

Ella’s patience and understanding in the process of sourcing was so refreshing. We knew that we had something very special and are proud to represent together an organic matcha grown and produced with integrity and respect.

A collaboration that supports the work of those who have put the health of people and the planet first while also producing a high quality and delicious tea is something that we are immensely grateful to celebrate.
