Heads up!

All Texas TDUs are preparing to decrease their delivery charges. You’ll find the new delivery charge amounts on ilc.wekynect.com/services starting March 1, within the details of specific plans.

As a reminder, the TDU delivers electricity from power generation companies to your customers. These charges:
• Are determined by the TDU itself, not Stream;
• Are changing for all energy providers in the area, not just Stream;
• Pay for the maintenance of the poles and wires that deliver electricity to your customers;
• Usually appear as a separate line item on electricity bills.

The decrease will impact plans that pass through delivery charges, so new residential customers who enroll in Smart Choice 60, Green & Clean 12 and the Flex Choice Intro Plan can expect to see lower delivery charges, as well as customers renewing on Smart & Secure 60, Secure Choice Green & Clean 12 and Secure Choice 24. Small Business customers who enroll in Business Lock and Business Flex Intro will also see both increases and decreases.

Existing customers on unbundled plans will see the TDU change reflected in a separate line item on their bill. It does not impact your rate with Stream.

We are committed to informing you about utility changes whenever they happen!
