708 pages, 160,422 words, first draft of book 2 is complete. Now, it's back to word one to do another full round of edits. Along the way I'll be sharing some of the stories here so ya'll can join in the process. Your thoughts and comments help guide the work, so I'm excited for that conversation to begin. Once the second edit is complete, it'll go to my amazing editor , she'll give me her notes and it'll get a third full rewrite (this is where I'll need some beta readers if anyone wants to volunteer. I'll send you a free signed copy of the finished work as thanks :). Then it goes back to Amy one last time for any final grammatical tightening. Still a long ways to go, but the first of the milestones has been reached.
