Lean Dealers was started by Pedro Simao with the aim to help Car Dealership improve their overall business by applying LEAN Principles to their operations. Pedro Simao pioneered implementing Lean in his car dealerships back in 1990’s and the results were so impressive so they were visited by several institutions and later ICDP did a case study resulting in the book “Creating Lean Dealers”.
