I haven't always been a fitness fanatic. As a matter of fact when I first started getting back into fitness, I started running and I was a very unhappy with my body, not confident new mom of two and summer was coming, aka bikini season. Love your body for what it can do for you! Work on it, so you can do more.
Find something you love doing and you will want to do it!

Rise and shine, it's early morning workout time! Back to work today, so it was up and at em early and it was not fun to get up early!
A few things that helped me:
* double alarm (just in case)
* workout outfit pulled out last night
* excitement about workout program
* positive mindset
* knowing that if I didn't get it done this morning, it most likely wasn't going to happen
Yes, it's hard to get up, but it's so worth it!

Final later morning summer workout is complete! It has been nice to leisurely get my mornings started! Feeling stronger and better than ever!
