The world has no shortage of labels. Some are spoken over you, others you’ve quietly accepted over time—intentionally or not. But Scripture reminds us that there is life and death in the power of the tongue. So the question is simple: who do you say you are?

What God says about you isn’t based on how you feel—it’s rooted in who He is and what He’s already done. The moment you encountered Jesus, everything He said about you became your reality. Sanctification is a daily walk, but identity is established in Him. When you remember who He says you are, it changes how you face every challenge—with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Today, speak truth over your life:

• Beloved child of God — 1 John 3:1
• New creation — 2 Corinthians 5:17
• Fearfully and wonderfully made — Psalm 139:13–14

Don’t let temporary thoughts override eternal truth. Walk in who He says you are.

Christ is alive!

Matthew 28:6 ESV
“He is not here, for he has risen, as he said. Come, see the place where he lay.”

I think it’s human nature, after a day like Resurrection Sunday, to wonder… what now?
We build up so much anticipation for that day. We make plans, we prepare our hearts, we pour our prayers, focus, and energy into that moment—and that’s a beautiful thing. But afterward, it can feel like a spiritual letdown… almost like we’re slipping back into routine.
But what if it’s not meant to stop there?

What if Resurrection Sunday isn’t the peak—but the ignition?
We don’t just celebrate for a moment—we carry it forward.
We don’t just reflect—we respond.
We don’t serve a God of yesterday.
Not a God of past signs and wonders.
We serve a living, active God who is still moving—still saving, still delivering, still working through the Holy Spirit right now.

How beautiful is it to serve a God who still sees you, still cares for you, and is still changing lives today?
So today, don’t just dwell on the fact that He rose…
Be grateful that He is still alive—and still moving.

This week I was thinking about that simple two-word statement—“I am.”
It’s a phrase that carries more weight than we often realize. When I think about how deeply it’s tied to identity, it changes everything. Because when we truly know who we are in Christ, it affects how we think, how we respond, and how we live.

“I am” shows up all throughout Scripture. But it’s not just about what we say about ourselves—it’s about who God says we are.
The world will tell you to “find yourself.” There are countless books and voices trying to define your identity. But as believers, our identity isn’t something we discover within ourselves—it’s something we receive from Him.
Because the real power isn’t just in who I am… it’s in who HE is.
And because He is faithful, I am secure.

Because He is merciful, I am forgiven.
Because He is victorious, I am not defeated.
Because He is love, I am deeply loved.
There have been moments in my life where I’ve had to remind myself of that truth. Because circumstances will try to redefine you. People will label you. And the enemy will whisper lies about everything you’re not.

But none of that compares to what God has already declared.
So when those thoughts come, I don’t agree with them—I go back to truth.
I am chosen.
I am redeemed.
I am a new creation.
I am His.
And that changes everything.

You are a child of the Most High.
You are the head and not the tail.
Blessed coming in and blessed going out.
Blessed in the field and blessed in the city.
You are chosen.
You are set apart.
And your Father is not distant. He is not unreachable. He is closer than a friend—present, faithful, and fully aware of where you are right now.
So lift your head.
Take another step.
Keep going.
You are not alone.
