We are a new family owned business operating out of the DFW area. “New?!” Don’t let that scare you away. We are very proud of this fact. From working previously as a pool service technician or being on the receiving end of pool service, we are working diligently to make right what can go wrong. Great review from Roger... "After switching to Pool Referees pool service in April 2023, I wanted to provide feedback, specifically comparing Pool Referees to our prior weekly service.
1. Our pool now sparkles! It's so noticeable EVERY week. Really stands out compared to our prior pool service;
2. No green pool! Our prior service would stumble a couple times every year and it would always take two or more weeks to get it right again;
3. Seems like Pool Refs crew stays as long as it takes to get my pool perfect versus our prior service company that was in and out in 15-minutes as if incentivized for speed;
4. Pool Refs always comes on the same day each week; our prior service declined to where we never knew what day of the week they would come or even if they would show up at all;
5. Pool Refs empties my Polaris robot bag; my old service did this for years but stopped for reasons I couldn't understand; crazy!
