After a bicycling accident left eight-year-old John with a broken wrist, his family turned to CHRISTUS for answers. What initially appeared to be a simple sprain became more serious as swelling increased, prompting them to seek specialized care from Orthopedic Surgeon Dr. Paul Miller.
From the very first visit, our care team recognized that healing is more than just medicine or treating injuries, but can also be personal. That's why our Associates surprised John with a special "Signing Day" celebration when it was time to sign his cast, filling it with signatures, encouraging messages and reminders that he had an entire team cheering him on.
