The Team Member is the key service provider to our guests and is responsible for ensuring total guest satisfaction through positive engagement and interaction, consistent order accuracy, quality product presentation, and expected speed of service.
The following are some examples of the tasks that our Team Members must perform promptly and courteously so that our guests will want to return to our restaurant:
*Be friendly, helpful, and positive in serving our guests
*Prepare products by procedure
*Clean and bus tables, do dishes, clean work areas, sweep and mop floors
*Clean restrooms
*Empty trash and clean drains
*Be flexible in the hours/days you will work (including weekends and holidays)
*Be willing to take direction
*Possess the ability to work under pressure, and with a sense of urgency
*Complete other assigned jobs that ensure guest satisfaction
*Treat other Team Members with courtesy and respect
*Report to work on time and work extra hours as needed
*Dress to KFC standards, which includes a neat and clean uniform, and minimum jewelry and cosmetics
