Beyond excited for my clients and friends on closing on their new home and becoming first time home buyers. To give you some context, we originally met a few years back when I was hosting monthly meet ups. We started to really bond and hang out outside of the meet ups and they leaned on me to help them find a rental home. Now fast forward a few years and they wanted to step into the world of homeownership.
