There is something bittersweet about this time of year.
The Class of 2026 is getting ready to pack up their rooms, say goodbye to familiar faces, and begin a brand new chapter in college. At the same time, the Class of 2027 is preparing for something they may not even realize is so significant, their last first day of high school.
Time has a way of moving faster than we expect.
One moment you're watching them take their first steps, and the next you're helping them choose a college, move into a dorm, or cheering them on during their senior year.
These are the moments that deserve to be remembered. Not because they'll stay this age forever, but because they won't.
If you have a graduate heading off to college, soak in every moment. If you have a rising senior, don't wait until the year has flown by to capture this season of life.
These days become memories much sooner than any of us are ready for. ❤️
