I was skinny fat in my 20’s, fat and overweight in my 30’s and finally got it together in my 40’s. Been happy since. I can help you avoid a lot of mistakes and get you going in the right path. What are you giving up for lent? In honor of national peanut butter day, national pancake day, national pig day and Fat Tuesday, I made protein pancakes with choc chips, pecans, banana, honey, choc sauce, caramel sauce and rum since I’m giving up sweets and liquor for lent.

Don’t be less of who you are so others can feel better about themselves.

I said goodbye to my baby boy bandit last night as he finally ended his battle with congestive heart failure. He was a brave, strong boy hanging on for his daddy and brother for 1.5 years. Barkley and I were fortunate to be able to have him at home under the care of his vet to surround him with love as he passed on. I’ll never forget all the love and joy brought into my life and I’m so thankful we were blessed with such a beautiful life together with so many gifts and so much love during his journey from family, friends and loved ones. Goodbye little stinky head, go run and play in peace with your big brother Brody. Daddy loves you! ❤️
