Seeing a session is not the same as understanding it.
We wrote the whole thing out. Swipe through for the full piece on what actually makes the Forms Methodology work, and why it cannot be copied from the outside.
What you see on the field is the surface. The cones, the colors, the exercises. The methodology is everything underneath: the sequencing, the age-based progression, the coaching language, the constraints, the evaluation, and the reasoning behind every detail.
