When funds are up for grabs, there’s only one way to prove who’s more deserving. A Fast Pitch contest, of course. On November 16, representatives from local nonprofits will compete in a pitch-off to convince a panel of judges and guests why their organization deserves grant dollars toward their missions, visions, and goals. Come support finalists Bryan’s House, Café Momentum, Mercy Street, New Friends New Life, The First Tee of Greater Dallas, and The Warren Center at Life in Deep Ellum.

Network and nosh with area nonprofits, as well as sports and entertainment professionals. Dallas Stars Captain Jamie Benn will be in attendance to receive the 2016 Community Excellence Award. Plus, there will be a silent auction and killer tunes from DJ Poison Ivy, official DJ of the Dallas Mavericks and Dallas Wings.
