more moments from this weekend

Week one of Freshman Camp brought a wave of new energy to the boathouse.

More than 20 incoming Rangers stepped up—learning the basics, getting on the water, and getting a taste of what Jesuit Crew is all about. It’s been awesome meeting this group and seeing the excitement they bring.

The foundation is forming. The work is beginning. And we’re just getting started.

See you this fall.

The rumors are true: Jesuit Crew brought home its first-ever Stotesbury gold, winning the Lightweight 4+ and claiming the Bill Belden Cup.

Our crew led an international field—finishing ahead of a strong Canadian entry and nearly 15 seconds clear of third.

The Junior 4+ and Junior 8+ both advanced to the semis after strong time trials, placing 12th and 16th in deep, fast events. We were ready for a dog fight—but racing was canceled before they had the chance to line up.

The speed was there. The work showed. And this team made a statement.

Huge thanks to the Stotesbury organizers—when we arrived, we immediately felt the support of the many people who make this regatta possible. We’re grateful for the effort behind the scenes.

This isn’t history—it’s the start of something bigger.

Stay tuned.

Jesuit Crew competed across seven events at Central Youth Championships. The team showed consistency, focus, and resilience throughout the weekend, racing hard and supporting each other through every lineup.

Across the board, our athletes stayed engaged and carried themselves the right way. A solid step forward—and a reflection of the culture we’ve been building all season—as we turn our attention to Stotesbury.

We wish all the crews representing the Central Region at Youth Nationals the best of luck—thank you for the challenge.
