Happy Monday!!! Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend like we did ! Here’s the menu for this coming Friday the 24th and Saturday the 25th.
1) Duck leg confit/dark cherry reduction/ fresh basil
2) Arugula/ Granny Smith apple/creamy champagne vinaigrette/ herb crusted goat cheese/pine-nut
3) Grilled filet/ mushroom&tarragon Risotto/ port wine sauce
4) Pineapple upside down cake/ fresh mascarpone whipping cream.
