This was the base for a spiced tea that was a hit with our yoga students down at a couple of Saturdays ago.

Peace family, our little garden is flourishing. We have here okra and purple sweet potatoes. Have you ever had sweet potato greens? I think we will be preparing some soon!
Remember to till your soil, water your seeds, and nurture your crop. Happy growing!

Saint Mango got a foot bath because she’s been ill. The foot bath consisted of various herbs and salts to help bring down her fever, detox, and soothe her little body. She placed her feet in after her shower and we sat together and relaxed. It was a beautiful experience to serve my daughter in this way and to watch the medicine I created heal.
