-Help with scheduling events
-Help identify additional needs for events
-be able to move move and set up tables and chairs with Dennis schedule them on the time.
-maintain the cleanliness of the center by removal of trash, sweeping, cleaning up tables, chairs, doors, and etc.
-Alert management of any issues, plus, complaints, made by the clients.
-Manage the conference room attendance and coordinate their schedules and duties.
-Responsible for checking on the completion of all the work and request.
-Assist in the training of new employees.
-Display safe work practice at all times.
-Ability to work with minimal supervision and self motivated.
-Be available for or times as needed and respond to emergencies.
-We are provided uniforms and maintain a professional appearance and look and manners at all times.
-Identify orders and submit through the work order system.
-Must cleat background and have proper documents to work in the US.
