Please join us in congratulating Stephen Hidalgo on his new role as Director of Marketing & Communications for ATD Dallas! 🙌

We’re thrilled to have Stephen leading our marketing and communications efforts. He jumped right in to support us during SWLS and has already made an incredible impact. Stephen brings a wealth of experience and a true passion for connecting people and ideas that drive growth in our community.

By day, Stephen serves as an Organizational Development Partner at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas (FHLB Dallas), where he designs and facilitates learning and development programs that help talent thrive. He’s also the President of the University of North Texas Alumni Denton County Network, continuing to give back to the UNT community that helped shape his journey.

With a BBA in Marketing (2020) and an MBA in Organizational Behavior & HR Management (2024) from UNT, Stephen embodies the spirit of lifelong learning and leadership that defines ATD Dallas.
