Finally closed this beautiful 5Bed, 4 1/2 Bath, 4 car garage, 4,444SqFt .5 acres house. We first went under contract on this house back in July 2020. A week after that lumber prices went up like crazy, The builder prices went up like crazy. You had to get on a wait list with builders. It was up and down trying to get this to the closing table. Two weeks before close someone vandalized the house and flooded the entire first floor. Which is ridiculous and unheard of. But we got it taken care of and made it to the table. Closed with 2.25% interest rate.
