Appears there is a possibility that my remaining evidence from the past 16 years COULD BE seized pursuant to a warrant. I sincerely hope that is not the case, because if it were, I would view it as another deeply troubling development, another layer of corruption as well as more of that abuse.

My goal has always been simple: to tell the truth as I experienced it and to clear my name. Unfortunately, it often feels as though that opportunity has been denied & continuously remains denied.

From my perspective, misconceptions, partial truths, and outright falsehoods have been allowed to shape the narrative surrounding me, while my side of the story has gone unheard.

I genuinely hope I am wrong about my concerns. However, after what has been 16 years of abuse, neglect, bullying, and defamation—and after the profound trauma I have experienced through my interactions with the Dallas District Attorney’s Office and other officials—it is difficult not to fear the worst.

I continue to hope that the truth will ultimately prevail and that I will finally have the opportunity to be heard.

Trigger Summary – April 2, 2026

On Saturday, April 2, 2026, I experienced a significant emotional trigger after watching a 2020 episode about Lauren McCluskey, a University of Utah student who was being blackmailed and repeatedly sought help from law enforcement. Despite her documented efforts—including video evidence of her reporting the situation to authorities—she was ignored. She was ultimately murdered.

Watching this case was deeply triggering, particularly due to the clear parallels of a victim actively seeking help, being dismissed, and facing severe consequences. The presence of video evidence showing her attempts to engage law enforcement intensified the impact, reinforcing concerns about systemic failure and lack of intervention in situations where victims are actively asking for protection.

Sixteen years later, there has been no accountability. Not a single arrest. Not one corrupt officer has been held responsible. Everything that was taken from me—everything I lost—has not been restored, not even in the smallest way.

I lost my stability, my security, and my future as I once knew it. And today, I still don’t know what my future looks like. That uncertainty alone is overwhelming.

The only consistent outcome in my case has been the destruction of my reputation—beyond repair—and the ongoing impact it has had on my life. I have suffered, and continue to suffer, emotionally, physically, financially, and mentally… all because those in positions of authority chose to look the other way.

I have spent 16 years enduring abuse.

Meanwhile, the very system that should have helped me became part of that abuse.

A clear example:

I was placed into a Federal Criminal Database called the NCIC as a Convicted kidnapper with fake case number in 2021 by the Dallas County D.A. Court System. This was absolutely done as a retaliatory action BUT Dallas REFUSED to help correct this situation. The situation was corrected after many months of physical, psychological, emotional and financial abuse occurred as a result. My central nervous system has never been the same since. Also as a result when my anxiety obtains high levels I black out or faint.

Think about that.

A completely fraudulent entry—coming out of the system itself—
and instead of correcting it, investigating it, or helping me…

I was ignored.
I was laughed at.
I lost a job.
I was publicly humiliated.

And I laid in bed for months trying to survive what that did to me.

That is systematic abuse.

Since then, the pattern has not changed.

Instead of help, there have been continued actions taken behind my back.
Instead of protection, there has been retaliation.

Let Me Say This Clearly:

I have done nothing wrong.

If anything is happening, it is not about justice—it is another attempt to harm me through RETALIATORY TACTICS rather than help me.

I have also experienced violations that should never happen to any person, including officials as my abusers deemed it necessary to access an app on my phone spending hours corresponding with a therapist I no longer see 100% due to this healing process being used as a form of weaponizing against me.

Accessing or using my personal information and communications in ways that cross every line of basic rights and privacy.

The most painful part of all of this is not just what has been done.

It is this:

No one has stood up and said,
“Let’s actually help her.”

In other cases, the system may fail.

In mine, it appears the system has actively worked against me over and over and over again—
while everything is handled behind closed doors, without transparency, without due process, and without truth and certainty WITHOUT speaking to me.

But it is incredibly difficult to move forward when the very institutions meant to provide justice are the same ones causing harm.

I only ever asked for one thing:

The truth to be seen—and for someone to help.
