How to respond to price "don't have much budget"

Had a successful meeting to go through some ongoing deliverables work for digital marketing.

Pretty straight forward.

Social posting 5 x week each on insta and facebook.
Search ads optimisation (just basic brand stuff)
Email automatiom
User generated content startegy

4 main pillars, however will be delivered in stages to build up the retainer.

At the end, the potential client stressed they're a startup and money is tight so whatever I can do would be great.

How would you approach this? I advised that where I work charges a day rate of $1,500 AUD. However this would be my freelance business and can begin with the social content development and posting for $1500 AUD a month - typically I would charge $2k for that.

Probably too late to change the amount, but said I would line item everything and send it through so we can discuss launch dates for each as milestones are met.

Is the Direct-to-Office Strategy Right for Your Low-Cost Products?

If you sell products that cost less than $100, then you need to use the direct-to-office strategy. With a relatively low average customer value, a multi-step sales funnel just doesn't make sense. Because you have to pay for each of those steps. And you won't be able to afford to do that unless you offer something more expensive and have more margin to play with.
