Family & Friends:!
I want to remind everyone how important it is to be extremely cautious during this pandemic.
1. Wear your mask when you are going to come into contact with individuals in public places.
2. Wash your hands after returning home before you touch your skin.
3. Get plenty of rest and 8 hours of sleep nightly.
4. Take the necessary vitamins to boost your immune system.
5. Drink I/2 ounces of water your body weight daily.
6. Eat healthy foods such as fresh green leafy vegetables and fruits, low fat meats snd lots of grain.
7. Always do a minimum of 15 minutes of exercise daily.
8. Meditate and do deep breathing exercise.
9. Take time to do your favorite hobby.
20. Interact with other people and help when you can.
