WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW…. this news is going to radiate across, so:
⭐️ If you are currently looking to buy, get serious on looking and finding your new home before inventory gets even tighter & home prices go up.
⭐️ If you have already found your home & are under contract… DO NOT lock your rate until at least 7 days before close…ride the wave to get the lowest rate possible!
