Roasted Turkey Wings: washed and cleaned with lemon, rinse well. Seasoned with , rubbed with olive oil, roast for 2 hours, while that is being done, cut up bell peppers and onions, season( your choice of season), sautéed in vegetable oil, once tender add flour(1c), brown, stirring with a whisk to right consistency, once gravy is complete, remove wings from roasting rack, place in baking dish, pour gravy over wings, bake at 300° for 45 minutes or till tender(easily falling off the bone).
Chicken Flavored Rice: white rice with chicken bullion, cook rice for approximately 20 minutes( depends on what rice you like).
Roasted Garlic Butter Corn on Cob: clean and rinse corn, mix butter and garlic powder and spread over corn, place in foil paper with a teaspoon of olive oil, wrap, then place on roasting rack til done.
Broccoli and Cheese: cook broccoli til tender( don't overcook), once cooked, add your favorite cheese.
