Customize This Wall

Just finished up this 2 room Gem in Propser for Miss Laura. Added a couple of eye catchers. Took the home office and added some vertical pizazz, and the bedroom we spruced it up with some criss-cross applesauce! And while there went up top and painted the sky high Niche’s to match. The ‘ole Tricorn Black never fails. Just reach out if you’d like to add some MoJo before Xmas!

Not all accent walls need to be large or dominant. Smaller accent walls, even in specific areas like niches or alcoves, can be incredibly effective at adding visual interest and personality. Here’s one done today in Allen. The homeowner’s dog Nikki approved and now she’ll be snoring at night in style……..after a long day of napping. Sometimes you have to jump in the quagmire and get dirty. Back in good ole’ Windsong Ranch in Prosper. This one got a flat texture on all walls to a silky smooth finish. There was a big bow in the wall, but with a little drywall work, elbow grease, classic picture frame molding, chair rail, and even crown molding that topped it off, this one came out a Fantastic Finish. The homeowners and their canines were great to work with, and we have to give the homeowner a little street cred as he wanted to get some therapy and do the painting to bring it across the goal line. It came out great.
