Incredibly emotional day. Just in the blink of an eye, amidst the never ending clean up, feed, potty, repeat… they’re gone. Aside from the puppies this is a painful, joyful and roller coaster of a day.

These puppies have given me slouch and incredible insight into my subconscious and patterns. They helped me process, grow and realize in such a beautiful way! 💕😍

I hope all my growth from here on forward is blessed with the love and beauty (and 💩) but mostly the fun. It was a lot. It was chaos but the clarity these pups help me see is profound. This has taught me that not all growth has to be painful. Growth can come from connection. Growth can come from love and devotion. There’s nothing more devoted than someone cleaning up another beings p**p!

DIY ramen for dinner but I’m experimenting. When do I put in the bean sprouts and Chinese parsley? I’m thinking the last 5 minutes of simmer.

Finally able to get some self care in the form of cooking for just me. I cook, a lot but my kids are just as picky as me so I don’t get variety unless they are at their dads; so this week has been all about me! 😜
