My name is Eric Wright, I am a 26 year old professional tournament angler and full-time guide working on Lake Fork. I began guiding when I was 17 though I started fishing Lake Fork at age ten and won my first tournament fishing with my grandpa at the age of fourteen. It was a benefit tournament for a child terminally ill with cancer held out of the Minnow Bucket resort on Lake Fork. By age sixteen

It's been a while since I posted anything but Lake Fork was good to my clients last week. Numbers weren't great but we had some good ones. Best one was a 8.14. Mainly everything we caught came on a 3/4oz shakey head with a 12in zoom ole monster worm color is plum apple. We also caught a few on a carolina rig and a dropshot. I am rigging the carolina rig with a 1oz weight with a 4 foot leader and using a 3ott hook. Using a watermelon red magic fluke for the bait. For my dropshot I am using a #1 rigging hook with about a 16in leader with a 5/16oz weight and for the bait I'm using a zoom 4in finesse worm in red or plum color. Mainly all of my fish are coming out 15-18ft of water on main lake points, humps and pond dams. Hera are some pics of a few we caught last week. I still have plenty of days open if anyone wants to come out. I would love to have you! Thanks

Here are some pictures from the whole month of March of my clients and a report. This is pretty much what I did all month long. The current water temperature where I was on Friday was 61degrees. I have been starting out in the morning throwing a under spin hard head color white, size 3/8. I'll throw a skinny dipper on the back of it or a little dipper in the color white. I'm pretty much going site fishing the rest of the day. They've been on beds great the month of March some days are better than others. Mainly all I've been flipping when I'm seeing them is a speed crawl or a pit boss with the color Okeechobee crawl on the pit boss and huckleberry on the speed crawl. Im rigging my Texas rig with bobber stop, 5/16 oz tungsten, and a size 3 hook. That's pretty much what I'm doing right now. If you want to catch fish you may not have the best number day or you may have a great day, but you can for sure guarantee you can catch them on fork site fishing right now. I still have available days in April and May if anyone's looking to come out. I would love the opportunity to be able to take you. Thanks

Had a great time fishing with these young men this weekend! Here are some pictures from Saturday and today. I still have days available for the fall if you're thinking about coming out. Give me a shout! I'd love to take you out and try to get you on them. Every one of these fish come on Carolina rig but two. The other two were on a drop shot. I am setting the boat in about 20ft of water and casting up to about 16ft. That's about all we did this weekend to catch them. Thanks Eric
