Hey y’all!! I have a confession to make…I allowed myself to get off track and didn’t follow my own meal plan…BUT …I took a good look in the mirror and checked myself! 🥺
I usually do not stress over weight, but I was a lil heavier than I was used to, it was either stick with it and go shopping or..follow your plan.
✅I started intermittent fasting and following my own meal plan and I lost 4lbs in one month!
🎉🥳 Now that may not mean a lot to you, but I NEVER lose weight…I never really try to lose it, so I’m proud of myself!
