In addition to side-by-side coaching, consultants help the client identify root causes to operational issues, and help management develop tools and solutions to increase performance and profitability. The position requires extensive travel throughout the United States and occasionally internationally. Consultants depart on Sunday night and return Friday afternoon for up to50 weeks of the year.
