The company was founded by Stephen as he is a type 2 diabetic and he found himself having to give up his favorite things chips & salsa. Through research, he found that he could eat organic corn chips made from scratch (not from a tortilla) as long as they were baked. The product is local to Texas – made in Arlington area.
