Career stacking. New baby. 4am alarms going off for all the wrong reasons.
I kept telling myself I’d “get back to it” once things calmed down. They never calmed down. They never do.
What actually changed wasn’t a program. It was an identity shift.
I stopped trying to be 22 again and started building the version of me that fits THIS life — full-time office job, husband, dad, training fasted at 4am because it’s the only window I’ve got.
No 6-week sprint. No 5-hour sessions. No meal-prepping 6x a day.
Just: train smart, eat real, show up daily, compound the reps.
That’s THE REBUILD. Same system I used to come back. Same one I now run with my clients.
