As Africa advances, Healthcare has lagged. The African Ophthalmology Council was formed in 2014 to improve Ophthalmology and eyecare in sub-Saharan Africa. The AOC Leadership Development program was initiated to develop leaders for the AOC, regional and national eye societies. Our premise is that African healthcare will improve through leadership.

The African Ophthalmology Council is pleased to invite you to the World Ophthalmology Congress in Cape Town, South Africa. WOC 2020 will be on June 26-29, 2020 at the Cape Town International Conference Center. The deadline to submit abstracts is 12/2/2019.
