Are you trying to improve your confidence? I have a hack for that.
Hire a coach.
But for real, hire a coach in the area you are seeking improvement!
According to the Institute of Coaching, "80% of coachees report increased self-confidence". I don't know about you, but that is a high enough number for me to dig further into learning more!

We know that the interview process can sometimes take longer than expected. What I want to know from you is, how many interviews is too much?
I've seen people say they went through 5 interviews only to be ghosted. Others have gone through just 2 before an offer was extended.
What's your stance on this? Would you be okay with more interviews if the hiring process was transparent in the beginning?
