Today’s word of the day is PERSISTENCE. When I knocked on my customer Donna’s door for the 8th time-she finally said yes to an Inspection! As a retired Insurance Agent she knows the Claim Process & wanted to feel comfortable working with a Contractor, but she told me it was my Persistence that had her commit to working with me.
