Just a year later! Even though I have been a Master Trainer for 12 years and a Keto Coach for 6.5 years I wasn't doing what I preached.
Last year I was tired of looking at a guy that was getting more unhealthy by the day. So I set out to prove to my clients and others the power of Keto.
Now my mission in the Keto Community is to change you from Keto Flab to Keto Fab and it's not easy. It's ok to get help to get you on the right track. With that said I only work with a limited amount of Online Clients for me exclusive training and coaching and I dont have many openings left.
