Good morning everyone! My phone is making me crazy! LOL! I have tried like three times to post my video of the teriyaki chicken stir fry! And it is not going through. I'm not sure why. I have sent a report to Facebook let them know that there's some kind of technical issue going on. So hopefully, by this evening I will be able to post it. Love you guys!

Video, and pictures coming!
Hi everyone! Here is the recipe for the teriyaki chicken stir fry. I found this recipe on the Pinterest App. You can double or triple this recipe depending on your family size.
4 boneless chicken breasts.
1 teaspoon of Garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
3 tablespoons of cornstarch
1/4 to 1/2 cup of Olive oil
1 onion chopped or sliced
I used a bag of frozen vegetables with broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and zucchini, and yellow squash.
2 bellpeppers. I used orange bellpepper. Use your favorite.

For the Sauce:
1 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup of soy sauce
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
2 teaspoons of rice vinegar or apple cidar vinegar.
3 teaspoons brown sugar-i substituted no sugar brown sugar because my husband is diabetic
1 to 2 tablespoons corn starch
1 teaspoon fresh ginger. I used the spice ginger in the bottle
2 cloves of Garlic. I used 2 tablespoons minced garlic in the jar.
Prep all of your ingredients before hand.
Cut chicken into small pieces.
Cut all of your vegetables
Add all of the sauce ingredients together and whisk.
Coat your chicken in a bowl with the garlic powder, pepper, and cornstarch, and salt.

Cook chicken in a skillet- I used a cast iron skillet, over medium heat in about 1/4 cup of olive oil. Heat your oil first. You may have to cook in a couple of batches. And add a little more olive oil to the skillet. Cook chicken about 4 minutes on each side.
Next after the chicken is cooked, remove and add all of you vegetables to the skillet. Cook/fry for around 10 minutes on medium heat.
While the vegetables are cooking you can be heating your sauce ingredients that you previously whisked together in a pan.

After the vegetables are cooked, add the chicken in and then add you sauce. Let it thicken for just a few minutes. Serve over white rice or fried rice. You can tweak the seasonings in this recipe to your taste and to your liking, if you prefer a stronger taste and flavor.

Side note: I decided to use the boxed fried rice that you buy in the store. (Any brand) just go by the directions on the box. Of course, you can make yours homemade.
Also, I doubled this recipe, and used two boxes of fried rice.

I hope you Enjoy making this! And of course earing this delicious dish! ❤️❤️❤️
