Thank you for your patience in our supply chain matter. ACA Pharmacy is one of the premier providers of Semaglutide/Tirzepatide in the marketplace. Their sudden/temporary shut down has sent the whole market into a shortage. Established pharmacies such as South Lake Pharmacy and Empower are having two to three week delays or are stopping production till they replenish ingredients. ACA temporary departure has left medical clinics, their patients, and other compounding pharmacies scrambling. The GOOD NEWS is that we have a pharmacy that has stepped up and has made us a priority customer. First round of orders have been/will be shipping out today.

SOLUTIONS

Since we are a high volume medical company, our new pharmacy has dedicated an account rep to our account to service our patient’s needs. This will help with speed and efficiently with our customers' orders. Additionally, myself and my business partner are traveling to Nashville, TN next week to meet with the ACA executive team. Our goal is to establish a timeline for their return and to ensure they have proper procedures in place to avoid interruptions in the future.
